"I spoke with Brittany a few months ago, and although I decided not to go with State Farm due to the rate being higher than expected, I found out the hard way that you can't put a price on customer service. She truly cares about the customers and making sure they have the best coverage they need! I had no idea how many things you could bundle together and save money. I will be back shortly, because Progressive has raised my rates! I have shared my experience with my friends and family and they will be calling and dropping my name.
