"I spoke with Emmy Sweat today to get help understanding Stacking UM and Non-Stacking UM. The document was hard to understand and she explained it in detail. She gave me clear examples and also made a suggestion based on her experience in the insurance business. It was her suggestion that made the decision for me, and it actually saved me money. I appreciate her expertise and her honesty. Then I asked her how much more my homeowners and umbrella policies would cost if I moved my auto policies to another carrier that offered a lower rate. She gave me the net increase amount and it was clear that I get substantial discounts because I have all 3 policies with State Farm. I'll still get some auto quotes from other carriers, but I'm doubtful that I can get equivalent coverage that is a better deal overall. Thank you Emmy for the detailed and clear help answering my questions."

"Chrissy Dastine was the perfect person to speak to regarding my insurance issue; she was quick, efficient, thoughtful, and considerate of the problem. While I have dealt with agents in the past that claim to solve the problem and opt instead to try to sell you on something completely different, Chrissy listened to my problem and was quick to find a solution others had missed. She was nice, approachable, and patient with me, even though she could tell I was a bit upset over my situation. "So I will say I wasn’t really thrilled with how high my quote was, but that is really nobody’s fault. It comes back what it comes back as. Chrissy was extremely helpful extremely accommodating to how annoyed I was by the price and gave me such good customer service and was very sympathetic to how I was feeling. "They made their my conversion from travelers to State Farm as simple as could be. I had great service at State Farm but they raised my premium to $4500 for our two cars and now I'm paying $3800. $700 savings is a significant amount of insurance policy. That's for sure, especially with the same identical coverage."
