"Spoke with Michael was able to give the exact coverage and monthly payments I was looking for very knowledgeable broke down 3 different options coverages plans etc explained the benefits of adding the health coverage which I was unaware of prior to speaking with him and gave some tips future references to help possibly lowering my rate we need more insurance reps like Michael that actually take the time to help build a realistic reasonable policies and giving options that explain pros and cons .. definitely appreciate him and would advise anyone looking to renew or explore different options with there insurance to contact Michael Johnson"

"Update: everything was fine until suddenly they raised the rates by 15% after the second month. The excuse was that I had to use some telemetry device which was never communicated up front. Bait and switch is a despicable practice. I have a clean record and they still tried to squeeze more money out of me. Left them and moved on. Brittany is great! She is professional and thorough. Helped out when I was in a rush to get things fast tracked to finalize my Tesla transaction. Highly recommend!"

"Not happy with my experience this year. I was misinformed about my bill when I started and called to pay, I was told I didn’t have a payment to make over phone and there was a 0 balance, which led to me actually being a month behind and not knowing the whole time because it never said anything on my bills/app then I was randomly billed for 2 months at a time, contacted my agent multiple times but he never replied and instead someone else emailed me days later and wasn’t very helpful, seems like I was being blamed for something that wasn’t my fault. Not sure why it took over 6 months to be told I was always one month behind when my bills always showed $0 balance after being paid. Very inconvenient, especially around holidays. After this year I’ll be switching over."

"Richard is as good as they get. He answers the phone every time, and provides clear and concise information to help you make the best decision possible. He not only goes above and beyond but he is actually a financial steward for you and your family, and guides you to the best answer for your situation. It is rare today to get someone on the phone that is hyper competent in their job and looking out for your best interest. Richard is as one in a million! I would give 10 stars if I could!"

"I was not happy when my previous insurance company pulled out of Florida. I ended up going with State Farm and Richard Moore’s agency. I have to say I have received service above my expectations. My agent, Emmy Sweat has been available any time I have reached out to her. There was an issue with my coverage with the state and Ms. Sweat worked diligently for three months to get the issue resolved. She was patient with me and would not stop until she straightened out the situation. I have never had an agent work so hard for me to get done what I needed done. Through my frustration she remained calm, committed and professional. I cannot thank her enough. She is the reason I have remained with the agency. You can’t ask for a better insurance agent than Emmy Sweat at State Farm."
