"I was nervous about the whole process since it was my first time renting on my own and getting insured but Lacy was a true Godsend! She was patient and explained every step making it all clear and easy, and she went above and beyond even offering to speak to my difficult landlord on my behalf in order to get me approved and was working at 8am on the day of the signing in order to ensure I had the documents I needed. "Brittany took the initiative and reached out to me first as I was already a State Farm customer in another state. I like that she did that. She was able to use my current coverage to give me new quotes without taking 90mins on the phone. I also liked that. Brittany got answers to any questions I had and helped my husband and I find a plan we could work into our spending plan. She was pleasant and persistent. We did play a little phone tag but that is normal in today's busy world. I think considering her as your agent would be beneficial indeed."
